Tyler Turns 8!

Cousin Tyler turned 8 on Friday March 20th...Sunday he had a family party! Morgan and Ryan enjoyed hanging out and playing with their cousins. It's hard to believe he is 8 years old...it just seems like not too long ago he was our little baby boy that was so much fun to play with and babysit! He will always be our sweet little boy :)

Watch out this summer!!! Tyler's got the super soaker!

Bring on Spring!

Spring is almost here! We got out on Sunday and headed to the park. Ryan loves the park and enjoyed all the slides. Our neighborhood is full of kids and they are always doing fun things...this time it was making a pyramid (with a little help from Daddy)!!!

Ryan Matthew Pruin - July 2007

Proud Big Sister at home with Brother! Drawing him a nice picture and taking care of him!

She was so proud!!! Loves her little brother!

Ryan right after his 1st bath...check out all that dark hair!

Ryan Matthew Pruin ... 8lbs 11oz! BIG BOY! Ouch he gave mommy some serious back labor! But overall labor went well and only lasted 6 hours!

Ryan Matthew was born July 25, 2007 weighing 8lb 11 oz. I was due July 28th and was set to be induced on Wednesday the 25th at 6:30 in the morning. Mom came down to spend the weekend with me and to get the house in order and ready for our little baby to arrive....we ran wild all over town on Tuesday getting ready for him to arrive! I was having a lot of cramping that day and sure enough at midnight I woke up and knew it was time to go! He arrived around 6:15 with Dr. Hancock delivering! The whole pregnancy with him went so smooth - it was a nice change from the 1st. He was such a good baby...I nursed him for 8 months and it was the greatest feeling. I was unable to do this with Morgan and I was so glad it worked so well with him! He was a good sleeper, ate well & was very healthy for the most part. Morgan was always bottom percentile for height, weight and head and he was always at the top of the charts! Just complete opposites all around! Morgan was so proud to have a little brother...but at times was very rough with him! He is now 19 months and reminds me of a 3 year old....he is just so big! In fact he and sissy weigh about the same...I think she weighs 33 lbs and he weighs 30 lbs! We just love our little brown eyed boy...and can't wait to enjoy him as he gets bigger and becomes a toddler!

Mommy's favorite Hat for you!

Morgan Kay Pruin was born May 12, 2004 weighing 6 lbs 4 oz and was 19 inches long. She entered this world a week earlier than we had planned. She was born at 6:15 pm on a Wednesday. The nurses were cleaning her up when she turned blue and stopped breathing for a short time. They kept her in the nursery for close observation and in the middle of the night the NICU Dr. came in our room to tell us she was going to get a head CT & would be in the Mercy NICU. This is where she stayed for 15 days for observation and testing. Thankfully, all tests checked out good and she was released on May 27th, 2004. Boy she was a tiny baby and was a difficult one too! She was a spitter, prone to high fevers & ear infections, bad sleeper, & a choker! It was a rough ride for the 1st 18 months of her life until 10/28/05 when she got tubes in her ears. To this day she still needs a human to fall asleep with...deep down her Daddy loves this! Its hard to believe she will be turning 5 in a couple of months and will be going to Kindergarten this fall. We are so proud of her and could not imagine our lives without our little peanut!
She loves being a big sissy to her little (big) brother Ryan or Ryno as she calls him...
Above are some of my favorite pictures of our little girl....gosh she has changed!
